These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the FlipStart University waitlist, operated by FlipStart University Inc ("FlipStart University," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or join the waitlist.
2. Description of Service
This site allows you to join a waitlist for early access to the FlipStart University program, a real estate wholesaling education community. Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything. FlipStart University is an educational resource. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or real estate brokerage services, and completing our program does not require a real estate license.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use this site.
4. No Professional Advice
Content shared by FlipStart University, including the waitlist page, emails, texts, and program materials, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or real estate advice.
